We’re open as normal today, so come along and get on the mat!

🥋 Another great session on the mats tonight!

This evening we mixed things up with some No Gi Judo, focusing on new ways of gripping and controlling an opponent without the gi. We also worked on throws, along with some effective ground turnovers and control techniques.

Everyone got stuck in, worked hard and gave it a go. Brilliant effort from all involved – great to see everyone learning new skills and enjoying something a little different. 👏💪
