- All clients are offered a free
30minute consultation which is a chance for you to ask any questions you may have and for me to find out more about your goals and lifestyle, likes and dislikes. This will then enable me to provide a bespoke training plan for you ready for the first training session.
- Personal Training sessions –
Tailored to your individual needs and will challenge and motivate you to achieve your fitness goals. All sessions include ongoing support and advice, workouts to be done at home between sessions and diet tips.
- Group sessions are also available which enables a group of up to 3 people to split the cost between them
- Total Body Transformation Package –
This package can be tailored towards weight loss, muscle building, sports performance or a combination to achieve your perfect body! It includes progressive training and diet plans to help you make the ‘change for life’ rather than just a quick fix. Results are guaranteed!!
- 1 hour Personal Training session per week and training plans provided for you to complete between sessions
- FREE nutritional analysis with ongoing diet plans throughout the 12wks

For those that don’t have the time or money for a full training package I also offer the following:
- Nutritional consultation - £25
Includes an initial consultation, food diary analysis and a nutritional plan with 1 month’s ongoing support. Your diet accounts for 80% of your results in the gym so if you’re putting in the training but not seeing the results this may be the kick-start you need!
- Training Plan only - £25
Includes an initial consultation to determine your lifestyle and goals and then 1months support and detailed training plans for you to follow.
- Online Personal Training - £40 per month
For those that don’t live local to me (or anyone who’d prefer this method) I can provide tailored programmes and support over email/phone. Includes initial consultation, one months training package including training that can be done at home (if no gym available to you), nutritional consultation as above and ongoing support and advice.
