Squats have been my most annoying lift as the progress is slow but it feels good getting back into it and maintaining great form.

What an amazing start to the week!
It was a tough week with the heat, but we didnβt let it stop us!
This week we mixed strength training, conditioning and compound lifts, including boxing, step-ups, lat pulldowns, squats, farmers walks, bench press and DB RDLs.
Well done everyone π₯° π

Another brilliant Tuesday circuit session πͺ
This week we focussed on boxing, step-ups, single-arm rows, reverse hypers, deadlifts, and core work before finishing with a team challenge.
Great work from everyone who came along! You all smashed it! I really enjoyed the session with you all π₯°
Nisarg practised a 90 min steady-state row over the weekend. Kept the pace conversational to build the aerobic engine and managed 17.2km. Goal is to row a marathon eventually!
Working on pull-ups today. πͺ
Not the easiest exercise, but definitely one worth sticking with. Focusing on building upper body strength, improving control, and getting a little stronger each session.
