Scott Brewer Kickboxing Academy - SBKA

Last nights Junior kickboxing class was a great session! 👏

-We started things of with practicing Blocking kicks.

- Then some sparring with some Boxing Rounds, Kickboxing Rounds, finished off with Points Rounds.

-Then we ended the session with King/Queen of the Matt. Well done to the winners on the 3 areas (Harley/ Noah & Eva/ Ali & Edward/ Alfie)

Strong performances all round, with Kristofer showing great determination as he transitions into the tougher intermediate division, Ted C impressing at his first major competition, Flynn making a confident return from injury & Bentley gaining valuable experience in prep for the next coming months.
