Lisburn Bmx Track

Lisburn BMX Club are excited to introduce its BMX Fundamentals Programme for 2020. This programme will run for 3 consecutive Saturdays in March at our Lisburn Track in Bells Lane Park Lambeg.This initiative is aimed at young girls & boys in the 6 to 12 age categories. Over the three weeks these young kids will learn some of the core skills required to race a BMX bike : sprints, pumping, cornering, bunny hops, gate starts. After the 3 week sessions the kids will graduate with a level of BMX skills that allows them to progress to the coached training & development sessions taking place during the week & weekends. This is an adrenaline fuelled, cool sport and we know your kids will have fun & enjoy learning these new skills.
The Club can provide bikes and protective equipment.
