In this exclusive interview, award-winning underwater filmmaker Jeff Goodman sits down with Joel to explore the story behind Abyss and our work as both a PADI 5 Star Dive Centre and Independent Alternative Provision.

The conversation looks at how scuba diving can become much more than a recreational activity for young people who struggle within traditional education. Through practical learning, structured challenges and recognised achievements, Abyss AP helps young people build confidence, develop social skills, regulate emotions and recognise what they are capable of.
