Tapping of the knee. This MCL tapping can help prevent knee valgus stresses. If you have any questions about joint specific tapping just ask!

Another new treatment method available - the use of K-tape can help with the patients awareness of movement to prevent hypermobility of a joint

This taping is to reduce movement into Eversion and inversion which can help with ankle sprain injuries.

ACL injury - I have been lucky enough to run through some early stage strengthening rehabilitation after ACLR.
