My face when I realised I was injured AGAIN 😭
Hi guys, I know it's early... Or late, whatever 😂
But my wrist has flared up again, (I think it may be tendonitis or something related to my tendons, at least) so I'm cancelling class this morning. I blame approaching middle age, combined with a typing-heavy job 😂😭
You all know I hate to do this, but I won't be able to safely ride there and deliver my usual high standard (stop laughing) that I usually do for you all.
I'm so sorry, but I'd rather be safe and not ride and break my other arm 😂
I'll hopefully see you all on Wednesday, once I've had a chance to rest it 🤘💜

Hello everyone!
Tomorrow is a very special day, as it's my 3 year RockFit birthday! 🎂🎉🥳
3 years since I became a instructor, (almost) 3 years of teaching the best fitness class in the world! (not including that time I needed off due to my unfortunate accident, ahem)
So, to celebrate, we're having one of my famous RockFit Roulette classes! Hit shuffle on my master playlist, and see what happens! Who knows what will come out? NOBODY KNOWS. We may end up with all the high impacts, we may have Christmas songs in April. We'll definitely have at least one where I've forgotten the choreo and have to skip it 😂
