The power of accountability
Caption:
We mean to slow down.
We mean to reflect.
We mean to journal.
We mean to carve out that time to set new intentions, to focus on gratitude.
But somehow, life always gets in the way.
There’s always something ‘more important’ that needs to be done.
That’s why I created The Monthly Reset Ritual — a built-in moment of accountability for us all.
A set time every month to stop, breathe, and check in with yourself (because doing it together makes it easier to actually show up).
It’s your monthly reminder to pause, reflect, and reset — surrounded by women who will support you and inspire you.
Thursday 30/07/26 7.30–9.30pm

If I had £1 for every time I heard someone say “I’m not flexible enough for yoga…”
I’d be absolutely rolling in it by now !!
But honestly — that’s one of the biggest reasons men hold themselves back from trying yoga… and it’s completely the wrong way around! Flexibility isn’t a requirement for yoga — it’s one of the results of doing it.
Saying you’re not flexible enough for yoga is a bit like saying…
“I’m too dirty to have a shower.”
That’s literally the whole point!
You don’t need to touch your toes, balance on one leg, or fold yourself into a human pretzel.
In fact, there will never be a class where I’ll ask you to do that. (Maybe one day - JOKES!)
What matters is showing up, moving your body, breathing, and giving yourself an hour to let go of the stress you carry around all week.
The flexibility comes after, just like the strength, balance, mobility, etc.
So if you’ve been putting it off because you “can’t touch your toes,” this is your sign to come along and see how unimportant it actually is!
Our next mens beginners course starts:
