3 mistakes moms make when trying to lose body fat and how you can avoid them!
1️⃣ Starting intense exercise too soon is a recipe for disaster. Start slow, with walks, some stretches, pelvic floor lifts and as your body recovers you can increase the intensity.
2️⃣ Neglecting your pelvic floor health. If you do not look after your pelvic floor, you’re prone to incontinence or even prolapse. Connect with your deep core, by doing core exercises.
3️⃣ Setting unrealistic expectations. You have to be kind to yourself! Don’t progress with your girl friends or even your pre pregnancy self! You will only end up frustrated and disappointed
