DK Tigers - U12 Walton & Kirkdale League Champions 🏆

Well done to our DK boys who after winning 3-1 on Sunday offically became U12’s league champions with two games to spare. The football and consistency levels they’ve shown this season have been excellent. So proud of them all.

The level of teams has been very competitive with all sides taking points off each other throughout the season so thanks to all the W&K committee for organising a brilliant 24/25 league.

Thanks and Well done to our team managers Matty and John and DK Youth Football and Paul Faragher too for coaching the boys.

A collective effort all round but the hard work has definitely paid off 👏🏻🥳🏆🥇

Good luck - Isaac 🧤🥅

Before Christmas, Isaac and his family sadly informed the managers he’d like to leave the team to persue interests in other sports.
Isaac has been our No 1 for the past seven seasons dating back to 2018 when we was playing at U6’s age group.
Enjoying plenty of success along the way, developing his goalkeeping skills and meeting team mates who’ve become friends for life.
Plenty of big saves, especially in tournament penalty shootouts.

The boys paying their respects today on Remembrance day

After five seasons of success being affiliated under Croxteth Tigers and respreseting our community around the north west we decided in the summer that it was time for a change and to go back to where our story started for some of our boys at U5/U6. We are are now proudly affiliated back under DK Youth Football
Thanks to Dave Murray for all his work over the years in the background and understanding our desire to change. Thanks to our league Walton & Kirkdale for also letting us proceed with this. The managers and parents feel this is a decision that will benefit the boys massively as they move this season from development to competitive football. The past 18 months being coached by Dom and Paul has made this an easy decision as the boys throughly enjoy their training sessions and are constantly improving.
