Monday motivation
Well done you!
It’s hard to find a balance and make time for yourself when you a full time job, family and a house to look after but making a few lifestyle changes will be beneficial in creating a healthy n happy future.
Health is your wealth.
My client has no background of fitness has always eaten n drank what she likes so starting from the bottom can be not only challenging but frustrating, us ladies want it now and then yesterday Infact 😩🙄 I have girls coming to me asking I’m going to Ibiza in 3 weeks what can you do??? My reply I can pack your case! It takes time, effort, commitment and consistency with out that there’s not point. If your going to do something do it properly all or nothing I like to say that’s me 🤣. Don’t get me wrong I don’t ask them to jump strait in head first with crazy workouts n diets etc I try to persuade my clients to implement little daily/weekly changes into there routine for example water 1-2 litres P/D💧, 10,000 steps 🚶‍♀️ no skipping meals, tracking MyFitnessPal etc so no drastic changes are made, I think to drastic makes it unsustainable. Create healthy habits so they become part of your daily routine and not seen as a chore.

So my client has found a healthy balance
Eating 4-5 portions protein, fruit veg a day 2 litres of water, walking everyday, 3 weight sessions a week with me and we are building those blocks each week we are getting there 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m proud of you well done, pat on the back I’m excited for what’s to come getting u that 🍑 💪🏻

So haven’t posted since before Christmas abit late to the party of 2021 🥳
due to Christmas and then having corona 🤢(hate that word) I haven’t really trained as hard as I would of normally or stuck to my macros 🥘
I am completely out of routine 😬 and it’s the worst feeling ever, late nights, 😴 sleeps in the afternoon, bad diet (as in not enough protein or not eating till later in the day then picky in the evening) this is due to no appetite and instead of going towards the Protein snacks I’m craving carbs trying to recover from the virus!
So I have set myself a few short term goals which will help me get back on track

☑️ 6am alarm
☑️ Signed up to 2 week yoga challenge
☑️10,000 steps a day
☑️ Tracking my food on making sure I hit that protein
☑️ Eating breakfast early
☑️ Making sure I have 5 portions of fruit and veg
☑️ 3 litres water a day
☑️Making a list of todos keeping myself busy

That’s all for this week as I’m not putting to much pressure on myself which I’ve Always done very regimental with work, food, sleep, gym I’m easing myself in.
So instead of going full steam ahead which most of the time isn’t sustainable when you have time off, so I think adding small changes to your daily routine by setting yourself some short term realistic goals will get you back on track and then you can add onto!

Gyms Christmas night out 🥳 ❤️

100 sn**ch’s in under 5 minutes!!!
Can’t actually believe it, I jumped on the strong first course 3 weeks ago and then 5 days later sprained a ligament in my shoulder, didn’t think for 1 min I’d pass to make the sn**ch test but i did 😨

I completed a 1 day course in January and although I have coached kettlebells to my girls I haven’t really trained using them since the course, I done a few sn**ch’s days b4 I sprained my shoulder but that’s it.
So I turned up Friday thinking I’ll go for the coaching soon as I got there I realised there’s no way I can not get involved, not only did I receive the best coaching, practical and theory I gained some confidence.
I told myself all weekend there’s no way I will make the sn**ch test especially with a 12kg, I will fail on everything, sore shoulder, I was feeling heavy, emotional, anti social and doubting myself constantly as we do at this time of the month girls u know how we get 😫 Little bit negative shall we say 😂🤯🤬🥶
But today I just went for it! Nervous wreck but hey ho I done it!
Tip of the day ladies 😂🙈👍🏻🙌🏻
