CV Active

CV Active CV Active is a page dedicated to fitness classes for adults & children throughout North Liverpool. What is Zumba? Perfect For
Everybody and every body! Check.

At CV Active (formally known as Claire Ventre Fitness) we run Zumba & Clubbercise fitness classes for adults & messy play groups starting in September 2016 for children 6 months & above. Our classes are friendly & full of fun whilst working you hard to achieve your goals. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Super fun? Check and check. Benefits
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. What is Clubbercise?? Clubbercise® - simple, fun dance fitness routines using glow sticks to club anthems from 90′s classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights. Because of the high and low impact options Clubbercise dance fitness classes are great if you’re a beginner or if you’re already a fitness freak! What are the benefits of Clubbercise classes?

> You get to dance to your favourite tracks without a hangover the next day!
> Dancing in the dark with disco lights and lasers means you can really let go
> Dancing with rave glow sticks gives your arms a good work out
> You'll burn around 500 calories in an hour
> You'll tone your muscles

That’s a wrap
It’s been a crazy 4 weeks of CV Active Holiday Club
The children that have walked through our doors and joined us for the fun packed days have all been amazing.
They’ve made gorgeous little friendships of their own and memories I hope they will keep forever.

I could not have done it without the help of my amazing CV Active team.
A massive thank you to Antonia, Rosie, Sophie, Sadie, Liam & Oliver for giving the children your time & helping them feel at home.

Thank you to Activate CES for the use of the premises

Now for a little rest for the remainder of the summer hols & to make memories with my own babies 💖💙

See you all soon
Thank you for choosing CV Active this summer ###
