National 3 Peaks Challenge completed in 23 hours 14 minutes ✅
An unbelievable experience that will stay with me forever. One that pushes you both mentally and physically to your limits 🔥
The weather definitely wasn’t on our side, on Scafell Pike we were up against hail, strong wind and rain. So many people ahead were turning round and coming back down due to how bad the weather was but we pushed through to the summit and completed it 💪🏻
Snowdon I mentally battled with myself to get to the summit, in the dark with the rain and wind again and on minimal sleep 🫠
I honestly wouldn’t change the weather looking back as it’s part of the adventure and makes the challenge that little bit tougher. Crossing the finish line with time to spare considering the conditions we faced was an unbelievable feeling🫶🏻
Massive thank you to Tom & Chris for organising, guiding us & keeping the spirit high when things were tough😅
Mum I hope I’ve made you proud 🫶🏻 £3910 raised so far for Marie Curie and more and more donations coming in since I’ve completed it
If you can donate please head over to the link in my bio💙

Tomorrow I will be setting off to Scotland to stay over and will be starting the National 3 Peaks Challenge on Saturday morning⛰️
All in memory of this amazing lady - my mum and raising money for where my mum spent some of her last days receiving outstanding care🫶🏻
I was just 7 years old when my mum was diagnosed with breast cancer.
My mum was a single parent with 2 children, a full time nurse and a mortgage to pay for.
From aged 7 - 16
I watched her go through many operations, chemotherapy, losing her hair, fighting it, getting the all clear, going back to work, finding out it had spread to other areas.
The 8 years of ups and downs that had many smiles and many tears, led to April 2014 when my mum had to sit me down and tell me she was never going to get better and things were going to only get worse and she only had a matter of days left.
How do you tell your 15 year old daughter you are going to die?
Throughout most of April she was in receiving amazing palliative care ready to come home for end of life with her family
31st May 2014 just after my 16th birthday I watched my mum take her last breath, peacefully at home with all her loved ones💔
My world literally turned upside down and inside out. I literally felt like someone had thrown a bag of bricks on top of me
My whole life since then has been very up and down but I sit here now and things are soo much better. I honestly wouldn’t be where I am without certain people and they know who they are❤️
9 years later I feel ready to give back, raise money & keep my mums spirit alive 🙌🏻✨
And the 3 Peaks is my first fundraising challenge 💪🏻
Marie Curie helped my mum and my family during a difficult time and they will continue to help 1000s of other families during end of life
If you can spare a few £ to donate please please do and they survive from donations!

Second trip away this month and my heart is so full🫶🏻
I was so nervous about taking this much time away from the studio and my clients as I’ve never done it before. Rest and some time off from my business is needed🙌🏻
Feeling grateful that the studio is still running back at home as usual with the girls covering all my groups whilst im away. I would be lost without you both 🙌🏻✨
Well done to my clients for showing up & smashing their workouts whilst I’m away🔥
See you all in 2 weeks🧡

Hey everyone 👋🏻
It’s been a while since I posted anything business, fitness or PT related on my grid 🙈
Not going to lie I’ve completely fell out of love with creating content for my page, I felt like I was constantly putting pressure on myself to be up to scratch with posting daily, making reels etc.
Whilst my instagram is quieter, my business is the busiest it’s ever been. Enquiries coming through constantly, groups fully booked 2-3 months in advance, I’ve filled all the girls diaries for 121 training in the studio, the studio is thriving and working purely from word of mouth which in all honesty is the best form of business🫶🏻
High amount of followers or likes mean absolutely nothing
Work hard, build a good reputation and the rest will follow❤️
I will be back soon with transformations, recipes, workouts & tips for you all to watch✨
But for now, I’m focusing on my business in real life 🥰
Want to join our team?

The dreaded Sunday regret🥺
When you wake up hungover to death & you’ve ate a Maccies on the way home 😩 you hate yourself and you feel like you’ve ruined all your weekly progress
I speak to so many girls every week and their main struggle is trying to lose weight whilst maintaining a social life as they feel it’s impossible to do both
Let me tell you… it’s not!
Here’s my 6 TOP TIPS for losing fat and socialising:
1️⃣Swap the cocktails, beer & wine for a spirit with a diet mixer. Vodka, lime / blackcurrant & soda. Vodka Diet Coke/lemonade. Gin & slim line tonic etc. You will save so many calories doing this
2️⃣Save some extra calories in MFP for your night out. It’s a lot harder to track when you eat out so I just say to my clients to still track your other meals that day & save 600-800 calories for your night out. You may go over / under but by doing this it helps to make you feel like you are “on track” as you are accounting for what you can control & saving for your meal out
3️⃣MOVE MORE - it’s energy in vs energy out when it comes to fat loss. So get a workout, long walk / run in that day
4️⃣Stock up on low calorie 600 cal pizzas for your hangover - GAME CHANGER as you definitely don’t want to be cooking when your rough❌
5️⃣DRINK WATER 💦- so important! Hydrate as much as poss on the day your going out & even more the day after as alcohol dehydrates you!
6️⃣ENJOY IT guilt free 🥂 one night out is not going to completely ruin all your progress. The same way one day in the gym isnt going to make a huge change to your progress
You can still socialise & lose fat but I just want to remind you…
It’s not the one night out that’s the issue to your progress it’s your discipline on the Monday to draw a line underneath your weekend & get back to your daily habits even when you REALLY don’t want to
It’s about what we do consistently over time that make a difference to our results & so many people struggle to get straight back to it after a night out on the Monday as they feel sluggish for days after
A reminder.. if your rough find your discipline tomorrow to get straight back to it
You haven’t ruined your progress, life is for living🫶🏻

My mum💔 almost 9 years without you and it still feels like yesterday
Watching you fight for your life for 8 years, with determination and so much strength has taught me so much from such a young age and has made me see life from a completely different perspective✨
When I look at my childhood I would say life has been unfair to me and I don’t know how I got through some things but I guess you can either sink or swim. It’s made me who I am today ❤️
To my beautiful mum, my biggest inspiration, Happy Mothers Day. I think about you everyday and have done for the last 9 years. I hope you are proud and watching over me. Love and miss you more than ever 🫶🏻✨
