Being 47 and suffering from severe anxiety and low mood , not wanting to leave the house , low energy , 2 kids to look after , spin saved my life , I kept going to classes , and got help , I trained to become an instructor and I'm now teaching , my classes are aimed at women, I use weights for muscle mass which we lose during this time of life , I'm doing 1 to sessions or you can buddy up with a friend , pop along to a class , they are very small classes ,a safe space ♥️🚴‍♀️message me or WhatsApp 07933786461
