If you’re wondering when little ones can pick up a racket, the answer is: from around 4 years old.🎾

At this age, children can join our Mini Tennis pathway, a fun, confidence‑building introduction to the game using smaller courts, softer balls, and activities designed to develop coordination and early skills.

Our coach Freddie will happily assess your child and recommend the best group session to match their age and ability.

If you prefer something more tailored, Freddie can also chat through private lesson options to help your child settle in and progress at their own pace. 👏

Get into the festive spirit and join us for an evening of creativity and Christmas cheer at our upcoming Christmas Sip & Paint night! 🎄

You’ll have the chance to paint and decorate three of your very own ceramic Christmas baubles... we’re talking glitter, ribbons and all the Christmas craft materials you can dream of!

Tickets are £28 and include all materials, festive snacks, and mince pies! The bar will be open, Christmas music will be playing, and the atmosphere will be merry and bright, what more could you want! 🎅

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a total beginner, come along for some creative festive fun and walk away with your own hand-painted decorations to treasure this Christmas. ✨

We are so pleased to say that Blundellsands Tennis Club now has a defibrillator installed on the outside wall of our clubhouse.

A huge thank you to all our members for our fundraising efforts to make this possible and also to Tennis Lancashire for the grant for the box 🙏 Tennis Lancashire

The defibrillator is clearly visible and accessible, not just for our members, but also for members of the public from the road. We’re really pleased to be able to offer this important addition for the safety of our community. 👏
