Mat pilates classes to suit any level or abilities

This work is never finished — and I love that.

One of the best parts of being a Pilates instructor is knowing I’ll never reach a “final level.”

There’s always something new to learn:
→ From the way clients respond to cues
→ From movement itself
→ From my own body, and my practice
→ From instructors who’ve walked a path and the experience and knowledge they’ve learned along the way

There’s no single mold for what a great instructor looks like - and there shouldn’t be.

Let’s make more space for learning, less space for judgment.

Alongside teaching Pilates, I also offer 1:1 online personal training — designed to support you with structure, progress, and accountability, wherever you are.

Here’s what’s included:

Up to 2 programmed workouts per week (delivered via app).

Personalised nutritional guidance (I’m AFN-registered with a degree in Sports Nutrition)

12-week minimum commitment — for real, lasting change

Goal setting

Weekly check-ins to adjust your plan, support your goals, and meet you where you’re at.

This isn’t a quick fix or a one-size-fits-all plan.
It’s built around your real life — for strength, confidence, and habits that actually stick.

I’ve had 1 pace come available - DM me for more information🤍

We’re officially in the second half of the year — and I’m taking a moment to reset.

Not with a “grind harder” mindset...

but with one that actually supports my body and mind long-term.

Here’s some things I want to keep, leave and take into the next 6 months.

A lot of which will be a challenge. But with challenge comes growth 🌷

What are you taking into the next 6 months of 2025?

Your wellness gets to fit your life - not the other way around!

Consistency looks different on everyone.

It’s not about doing it perfectly - it’s about doing it in a way you can actually keep doing.

Some weeks that might mean four workouts.

Other weeks it’s a walk, some breathwork, and a bit of stretching on the floor.

That still counts.

Because when movement feels sustainable, you’re more likely to come back to it.

And when you come back to it - that’s consistency.

Unfollow the pressure.
Follow what feels good and doable.
That’s what lasts.

💭 Pilates Cues That Sound Fake... But Actually Work

They sound like a joke.
They feel weird the first time.
But then... your muscles are like: “Ohhhh. THAT’S what you meant.” 🤣

Pilates cues are part science, part poetry, part pure chaos 😂 — and somehow, they unlock muscles you didn’t even know existed.

Here are a few of my faves that sound ridiculous but totally get results.

👇 Which one have YOU heard in class?
