East Wavertree Bowls Club

East Wavertree Bowls Club shares a site with East Wavertree Tennis Club on Dunbabin Road in Childwall. The clubs were formed in the 1930’s under then management of the East Wavertree and Childwall Community Association. The Association has a modern pavilion with a bar and shows football and has a regular quiz.
The bowls club has a professionally maintained crown green and a modern pavilion. We currently have about 70 members, who attend as frequently as they wish. We play every day of the week from March to November, weather permitting.
We are a friendly Crown Green bowls club and are always open to new members. We are a social bowls club and do not play league bowls.
Why don’t you come and join us, you can play as much or as little as you want.
