I am Yoga Alliance accredited and studied with Himalaya Yoga Valley, India rated in the top 10 training schools worldwide. Classes suitable for all levels.

I also offer small groups or 1-2-1. Im a 200 hr Yoga Alliance accredited teacher. I studied at Himalaya Yoga Valley, Goa, India under the guidance of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar.
