No one will ever forget the left-back who played virtually the whole of the 1965 FA Cup final with a broken collarbone. Be brilliant if any older Reds can share a memory of Gerry, even if they were at the 1965 Cup Final??

UEFA Cup final second leg, away at Borussia Monchengladbach. We got beat 2-0 on the night but won the Cup 3-2 on aggregate (That final in the rain at Anfield, after 1st one abandoned when it was 10p in the next night we think?). What a support this is in 1973. Any of you Reds out there at this game in Germany? Any memories? ⚽️👌

Emlyn Hughes One of the Greatest players to ever wear the red and white shirt of Liverpool. And the only Englishman to lift the European Cup twice for his team. So many great memories of Crazy Horse. What a player!!!
