Have you singed up for King of the Swing 3 yet? If so (or even if not so) we've put the rules and guidelines in a neat little PDF that you can download for free from our website.
Do your homework and be ready for whats shaping up to be the best one yet.
Simply type YAS KING in the comments then go the website in the online training tab and download it yourself punk. Don't ever say 'yas king' again you hear me.

2025 is dead long lift 2026.
Onto another year of breaking and building with some exciting changes and upgrades to the gym to come.
Massive thank you to all the members who through rain, frost and darkness keep grinding and becoming better by the day.
The gym couldn't function without its members and youre all appreciated more than you know.
If you left however to take up pilates, you are dead to us.

Some simple but effective moves to practise for people new to the mace.
Off set overhead press
Ballistic Switch Curls
Jabs
Jousts.
That mixed with 360s or just simple switches will give you a noice little arm session and then you can show em off with the t shirts that are all too small for you now.

Remember. A mace is for life, not just for Christmas.
Advice for new maceheads free of charge.
Ignore any plebs who tell you it can only be used one way.
Use it how you want accordingly to how fulfilled it makes you feel.
Find a good coach whos not blinkered to f**k and stuck in the 90s.

Dont blow your elbows or wrists out by going to stupid too soon. It takes years to get this thick.
