Another brilliant group effort at our Pyrafit session tonight.
We ran a group with 10 stations and hit two rounds.
44 Minutes of high intensity work switching between 5 Concept 2 Fitness Machines and 5 Functional Strength/Conditioning Stations.
The guys were incredible.

Group Class with a That220Clock Session tonight at
8 Stations and a plank every two.
Intensity and Energy in the room was amazing, canโt thank the group enough for how hard they worked.
Functional fitness, real fitness suitable for all life.

PT Sessions, Group Classes and GPP Functional Programming
Another example from one of our PT Sessions today.
Two back to back 10 minute partner workouts with no rest , followed by a short breather and a final 10 minute Partner WOD.
We used the C2 Rower and the C2 Ski Erg, a couple of dumbbells, a Med ball and a soupรงon of bear crawls resulting in a total body hit.
Strength and fitness all in less than an hour.

Functional Fitness Training today was hill work this morning, short up and down pushโs for the hour, working eccentric and concentrically on the legs as well as the lungs and heart.
PM was a short metcon for strength of 10-2, x10 Single Unders, Wall Balls, 3/4 Bodyweight Bench Press and Strict Pull Ups.
A good mix in one day of explosive work and endurance work. DM me for functional fitness in Merseyside.

10Kg Vest
1x 20Kg Kettlebell / 1 x 24Kg Kettlebell.
Alternate Grip Every Stop๐
44:13 Total Time, 33:13 moving time, so 10 Minutes of stopping, pausing and feeling sorry for myself๐คฃ
The idea is that strength and endurance build real fitness and help in leaps and bounds towards longevity, so an unbalanced kettlebell carry for distance hit the challenge I was looking for.
Play around with the distance and weights to keep it challenging but within your ability.
