PLEASE CONGRATULATE OUR INCREDIBLE CLIENT KELLY!! πͺ 104LB DOWN! π₯
Here it is, the life-changing result achieved by South Liverpool client Kelly, who started training with us last year after seeing the results other clients at ABS had achieved. She wanted to transform her health and lose weight, she has done that and more.
One of Kelly's biggest goals was to use the training to help reverse her diabetes which she had recently been diagnosed with. Kelly started her training in February and by July, her diabetes was in remission, an outstanding achievement.
When Kelly started, Sam (.abs.pt) began her on a programme that initially focused on a tailored weight loss training plan. Kelly had also taken up Zumba classes twice a week that allowed her get in extra exercise on top.
It 100% worked. At the end of 2023, Kelly recorded a weight loss of 104lbs, which is one of the biggest we have ever shared at ABS.
Speaking about the journey, Kelly said: βAfter the first week I doubted if I could go on, but I was pushed, encouraged and supported to keep going.β
"The programme completely changed my life. Everything took a complete 180. I began to see food differently, I was more active with my children and went from a physical activity level of zero to climbing Snowden. I never thought this would happen to me but it has happened and I cannot wait for the future.β
Her PT Sam said, "I am immensely proud of Kelly and cannot wait to see what goals we smash in the future."

CONGRATULATIONS GERRY π₯ Incredible results in ONLY 12 WEEKS!
Our client Gerry has absolutely smashed his training and nutrition over the past 3 months with us at our gym in South Liverpool city centre. Gerry has been training with ABS PT Lee, who has supported him through his 1-1 sessions and outside of the gym with his fitness and diet.
Look at the headline numbers, Gerry has managed to lose a massive 5kg (11lbs), he has also shred an impressive 5.5% off his body fat, to top it all off he has boosted his strength considerably.
When Gerry began his training, he started chest press with a weight of 12.5kg, now he can comfortably reach for 22.5kg for multiple sets. His leg press strength has also been boosted from 80kg to a huge 180kg, This shows a steady and consistent growth in strength. Incredible progress.
Speaking about his results, Gerry said, "I wouldn't have got these results without you (PT). Thanks so much for pushing me and keeping me going."
Speaking about Gerry's progress with him, Lee said, "It's been a pleasure to train with Gerry over the past 12 weeks, Gerry has listened to everything I have said and committed all of this outside time too towards his nutrition and other workouts we have set. This has shown in the results he has achieved above, lets keep this progress going mate."
We couldn't say more than that. Gerry has achieved sensational results and all as a result of hard work, consistency and dedication!!

CONGRATULATIONS TO KEELEY! π₯ Keeley has lost a sensational 30lbs after training long-term with us in Liverpool.
Keeley has been training with us in Liverpool city centre for several months, she never missed a workout with her trainer Andy, and completely dedicated herself to her training and nutrition plan,
The hard work has paid off and some. Keeley dropped a massive 19% in body fat and managed to build an impressive 2.3kg in muscle mass. When her lean muscle mass increase is combined with her weight loss of 25lbs, that means Keeley has lost a total of 30lbs of fat. Plus check out her abs!
Talking about Keeley's journey training with him, Andy said, "What a pleasure it has been to train you. Your attitude is fantastic and you bring the positive vibes in with you when you walk in. You have given maximum effort in every session and you have never missed a single workout. Your dedication and commitment has meant your results have stood out a mile. I'm proud of how far we have come, you should be too."

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR CLIENT MEGAN! π₯ Now in the 'best shape of her life' after training with us in Liverpool long-term with her trainer !
Speaking about Megan's journey with him, Rhodri said "My client Megan has been with me for a while and would be the first to admit that previously the gym was not on her priority list, however, as you can see, now this has been totally reversed"
Over time, Megan has managed to achieve huge gains in strength and confidence within the gym. She has also managed to drop around 20lbs whilst building lean muscle tissue!
On top of all of that, Rhod says that Megan now does pull ups for fun!! ππΌ
Speaking about her journey with Rhod and ABS, Megan said "Iβve been training with Rhod for almost 18 months, all the team at ABS in Speke and Liverpool are lovely, welcoming and so supportive and itβs such a fun environment in both gyms. This is what consistency looks like ππ₯
Huge shout out to Sam over in South Liverpool who has been keeping his training and, importantly, his nutrition consistent over the past year, meaning he has been able to maintain and slightly improve his results.
Talking about what he has been doing, Sam wrote:
"As you can see there hasnβt been a massive change in body weight.
For 1 year I have consistently lifted weights, ran and climbed. Whilst keeping my nutrition at a maintenance level to fuel any exercise that I do.
There are still some aesthetic changes in terms of size but that is a part of weight training.
I feel fitter and stronger than ever and always look forward to testing myself physically and mentally every time I exercise."
Staying consistent can reap huge rewards and you can still enjoy yourself along the way.

WHAT A RESULT - ONLY 7 WEEKS - 1 STONE 7LBS LOST!
Congratulations to our South Liverpool client who has absolutely smashed his 7 week plan...
When our client came to us he wanted to lose some weight, lean up and build some muscle. He has done that and some.
Not only has he lost 1 stone 7 pounds but he has managed to achieve a 9% drop in body fat.
To top it all off he has seen a significant strength increase. For example going from 17.5kg on dumbbells to 30kg for 4 full sets of 10 on Chest Press.
His trainer in South Liverpool said "Our Client is the prime example of what can be achieved if you train extremely hard in sessions, do extra work outside the sessions and absolutely nail the meal plan to the letter. He has done extremely well because he was 100% committed for the full 7 weeks. He always trained to his maximum every morning session and he would even go for a run the same evening. He went above and beyond to achieve his goals and the results really speak for themselves."
We can't say any more, other than, this is truly incredible work in such a short space of time. Massive congratulations on smashing your goals and more.
