Great News everyone - Group Exercise Classes FINALLY start up again THIS WEEK at Cardinal Heenan Sport & Leisure Complex!
Conditioning and resume again starting TOMORROW, Tuesday 4th August with yours truly from 6:15pm.
Numbers are limited and booking is essential - to register for online booking, visit https://liverpool.gov.uk/lifestyles/

Liverpool will come to a standstill today to mark 30 years since the Hillsborough disaster that claimed 96 lives.
The city's commemorations include:
⛪️ - An afternoon service at the Anglican Cathedral from 14:45 BST.
🏴 - Flags will be flown at half-mast and the town hall bells will toll 96 times.
🚢 - Mersey Ferries will sound their horns and traffic will be stopped for one minute at both tunnels at 15:06 BST.
🏛 - St George's Hall will be lit up red every evening this week.
🔴 - The words "Never Forgotten" will be displayed on screens outside Lime Street rail station and on the M62.
🕒 - A minutes silence will be observed at 3.06pm across the city – the time the match was stopped.
