The workshop will go through aspects of Mindfulness such as what it is, practicising it, mindlessness, compassion and daily mindfulness tips to help you become more 'awake.' Mindfulness has advanced in the past couple of years and is now one of the leading therepy techniques to aid mental well being

This one was a bit of a grind, but there was no way it wasn’t going up. I love watching Rachael lift, the focus and determination that goes into every lift is admirable. Can’t wait for more big lifts 😀
