If you don't know already, I (Franny) will sadly be leaving The Gym Group Liverpool Great Homer Street at the end of June (30th) after almost 9 successful years.

I am very sad to be leaving you after all this time, and I want to thank all of our amazing members, and any team members I have worked with in that time. It will have been a pleasure.

I am about to move on from the Gym Group next month, to push my DJing more full time, and I would really appreciate it if you could follow my page below, and maybe give this post a share with the offer I currently have on.

WOW, I have just received an email from the The Gym Group, to tell me that our gym, it's staff, members, and our friends and family are the SECOND MOST GENEROUS people in the country, out of all our gyms and there are 240+!!!. (They didn't say that, but we sit 2nd in the table).

Now I don't know whether we take this as a compliment which it clearly is, because I already knew that we are so generous when it comes to things like this, or do we go one step further and make sure we are THE MOST GENEROUS people in the country?

We need to hit our £3000 target...

PLEASE READ AND HELP IF YOU CAN.

As you may or may not have seen, I put a post on recently about myself and my team raising money for NHS Charities Together (which supports ALDER HEY Childrens Hospital) by cycling SEVENTY SIX MILES EACH ON AN INDOOR CYCLE next week.

We have a target of £2000, and we’re barely on £200 yet.

Can I ask if any of you legends and/or local businesses could help by donating any items or services for a raffle we will run all next week, which will be open to members of our gym AND non members on here.

COSTCO LIVERPOOL has already said they’ll donate a prize or prizes, and will be supplying the team with water, fruit and cereal bars to fuel our effort.

We will do each draw LIVE on The Gym Group Great Homer Street facebook or Instagram page.

THIS DRAW WILL TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY 16th SEPTEMBER AT 12pm IN THE GYM.

This year, my gym team and I, (and maybe even some members), are going to get involved in fundraising for NHS Charities Together.

This money will be dispursed to local charities including Alder Hey.

As always though, we don't expect you to part with any money, without us doing something worthy of it.

So on September 12th and 13th (and maybe one or two other dates depending on staffing numbers) my team and I will be doing 76 miles EACH on our indoor cycles.
