2023 has been a year filled with iconic sporting moments, each given by a coach's dedication and brilliance.

The finalists for the prestigious ‘Great Coaching Moment of the Year’ award include:

🥇 Aston Moore MBE: Helping Katarina Johnson-Thompson defy career-threatening injuries to win a second World Championship heptathlon gold.

🏏 Brendon McCullum: England come from 2-0 down to draw an epic Ashes series 2-2.

⚽ Sarina Wiegman OON CBE: Lionesses reach first World Cup final after beating hosts Australia in semi-final.

🏉 Tom Coyd MBE: 27-year-old head coach masterminds England’s last-gasp victory over France in the Wheelchair Rugby League World Cup final.
