Liverpool Canoe Polo And Kayak Club-Friends of Allonby

Hello Everyone! Friends of Allonby will be hosting and running an introductory kayaking course for young people aged 11-14 at Collingwood dock starting 5.45 p.m. Thursday April 30th and every Thursday for the following 6 weeks.
The course is an introduction to kayaking, affiliated with the Paddle Sport UK START Award and will be hosted by two of our Paddle Sport UK appointed Coach's and you can learn the basic techniques and skills through to paddling and controlling the boat with the option to then further participate and be taught the game of canoe polo.
Equipment is provided as part of the course.

Course Fees £100.00

The £100.000 Fee also includes an April 2026 to April 2027 annual membership.

Women:
FOA Women - Champions 🏆 (we love the trophy, but couldn’t forget our 6th player 📸)

Youth:
FOA U18 - Champions 🏆
FOA U16 - Runners up 🥈
FOA U14 - 5th

Open:
FOA Open - Third 🥉
FOA U21 - 9th (Plate Winners)
FOA U16 and U14 also played in Open, with all odds against them physically had some excellent games and never gave up 💪🏼

Top Goalscorer for the Youth division was Harry and Women’s division was Poppy 👏🏼

Massive thanks to all the parents, coaches and everyone supporting the players for creating such a positive and encouraging atmosphere. Them scousers again 💙

This year we’ve had some increased costs due to new parking systems being implemented around the club area, to help us with these costs we’ve set up a fundraiser. Please support us in any way you can!
