I'm after another 5x course marshals for the Motorpoint Scouse 5k/3k this Sat 24th Sep. All helpers get a FREE place in the Liverpool Spring 10k or 5k in May. You just need to be at the start area for 9:15am - a very nice chap called Mark will lead you to your position at 9:30am and you'll be finished by 11am.
