Watch what changes when he stops using the kneecap 👇

First: Kneecap. Second: inner thigh muscle. Same kick, completely different risk. 🦵

That small shift is what protects your training partner — and builds real hip drive.

Train smart. Protect your partners. 🛡️

🌀 ROLLING THUNDER — When the Warning IS the Weapon 🌀

Watch closely: the angle tells the whole story. This rolling thunder kick was thrown off-line on purpose, launched at a trajectory that was never meant to reach the opponent. No contact. No risk. Just a message sent through technique.

That's the skill hiding in plain sight: controlling not just power, but direction. Anyone can throw a kick and pull it back. It takes real precision to calculate an angle that misses cleanly by design: proving control without ever needing to make contact.

Preparing for competition 🥋🔥

Our student is putting in the work, sharpening his skills and getting ready for his next competition.

Today, he took Sensei down, and honestly, Sensei couldn’t be prouder!

This is what coaching is all about. Helping your students become better, stronger, and eventually… better than you.

That’s the real win. ❤️
