Dan Purvis Gymnastics We run general gymnastics classes for boys and girls between the ages of 5 to 15.

We are registered with British Gymnastics and run by Olympic and World Medalist Daniel Purvis. Dan Purvis Gymnastics is his legacy where he aims to provide fun filled gymnastics sessions for young children whilst developing their strength, coordination, flexibility and skills. Through gymnastics, children learn to focus and concentrate which is invaluable to their overall development.

What an incredible few days! A huge thank you to all our amazing gymnasts for bringing so much energy, laughter, and incredible gymnastics.

BIG NEWS!

We’re incredibly excited to announce that planning permission has officially been approved for our very own dedicated gymnastics centre at St Jerome’s, Formby 🥳

It’s hard to believe that this year marks 10 incredible years of Dan Purvis Gymnastics. Looking back, we’re so grateful to every coach, parent, gymnast and supporter who has been part of our journey. None of this would have been possible without your amazing support❤️

This is a huge milestone for our club and the beginning of an exciting new chapter. Our new home will allow us to expand our programme with more classes, competitions, displays and opportunities, giving even more children the chance to have fun, build confidence, make lifelong friends and learn incredible gymnastics skills 🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏼‍♂️

There’s still plenty of work ahead, and we can’t wait to share the journey with you over the coming months as our dream becomes a reality. Keep an eye on our page for regular updates!

Thank you again for believing in us and supporting our club over the last 10 years. We can’t wait to welcome you all to our new home!

What a great year of Gymnastics!! Well done to all our gymnasts and many thanks to our parents and carers for the gifts, messages and support.
Hoping you have a wonderful Christmas and New Year.
I'm looking forward to resuming classes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday 8th, 9th and 10th January 2026.

In line with the class schedule previously published, I need to remind everyone that classes will not be held this coming week (4th, 5th, 6th December).
This break is due to me getting married!.
I hope it doesn’t cause too much inconvenience to you and we hope to see all of our gymnasts back on the following week.
