A great seminar with Sensei George Best at All Hallows Bushido Kai SKC. Thoroughly enjoyed by all. It was another thought-provoking course incorporating elements and breakdown of Kakuyoko Shodan kata. Focus not exclusively held to,was upon application, quality, and ex*****on of technique, all with dynamic movement including tai sabaki, evasion.
Good to see, visitors, friends including training with Sensei Stuart Amos in attendance. Enjoyed our relaxing break afterwards with refreshments.
