How to become more disciplined:
Self-discipline is essentially your ability to control your actions. When it comes to weight-loss, it’s your ability to stick to a plan of calorie counting and training most days.
Learning how to build self-discipline can allow you to get rid of bad habits and accomplish long-term and short-term goals.
Here are 3 steps you can take to become more disciplined:
1. Countdown, then take action:
When you’re feeling unmotivated, countdown from 5 then force yourself to do whatever it is you’re doing. This can shift you into the right mindset.
2. Set small goals first:
Don’t overwhelm yourself by setting the bar too high. Build confidence by setting and achieving a small goal first. For example, if your ultimate goal is to run a 5k without stopping, set an initial goal of running a quarter mile without stopping first.
3. Remind yourself why you started:
Keep your end-goal in mind without forgetting where you started. Constantly remind yourself - especially when it gets hard - how and why you set this goal and what you will have achieved when you’re done.

🙌🏼 HIS & HERS GROUP TRAINING 🤪

In collaboration with The Monkey House Gym, we’re excited to bring our new HIIT class every Tuesday and Thursday morning at 10am, everyone is welcome from beginner to advanced, male & female 🥳

Train alone or with a friend, colleague or any family member 💪🏼

Classes are £50 for the month and you’ll receive both classes each week as well as nutritional advice to help you reach your goals 🤩

Classes start next Tuesday 24th of August!
