Transformation Tuesday!

This is a six week before and after picture of my client .olateju! (I promise that’s not oil on him 😂 I’m not that extra!) Three sessions a week with me and two other sessions of what I set for him. When he started he was very confused about nutrition and couldn’t get his head around macros and meal planing/timing. He said he wanted to add some muscle mass for his holiday 👊🏾

So I took over, controlled his diet, his activity and his training. We made sure we worked around his lifestyle and aimed to drop unnecessary fat that he had. This is six weeks of work... imagine what 12 weeks can do!? 😎
