Personal Trainer Level 2 & 3 Suzi has experience in running fitness classes that aim to get you off the seat on your feet jumping, lunging squatting and if you need a lie down fear not she will let you lie on a mat and have you working away at your core strength. You do not need to be fit to attend clients come from all walks of life and are at different fitness levels.
