100+ lbs Down For Jay!
It has been an incredible journey for Jay who has been part of the coaching for 2 years exactly. With plenty of ups and downs along the way we have made serious progress towards finishing his fat loss for good. And that finish line is coming this year.
When Jay first came to us he was a busy driving instructor with lessons packed back to back all day. Food was grabbed on the go between lessons. No structure, no plan. Jay told us he felt like he was eating his way to an early grave.
That was his turning point.
He had to flick a switch.
Not just with his food or his training. With who he knew himself to be. For too long he had accepted that this was just his life.
So he decided it was time to stop waiting and start building belief that a different version of himself was possible.
Now he is at the gym at 10pm after a full day of lessons. Not because it is easy. Because that is the standard he holds himself to now.
Together we have completely changed Jay's life.
He has had some of his best ever holidays because he can now walk 15k+ steps non-stop without feeling like his weight is a burden on the people around him. That is massive.
Today Jay eats better quality food, hits his steps daily and has the energy to do more of what he loves. He has even started DJ'ing again.
He has done incredible and I am so proud of this man.
And in his own words, just how much life has changed for Jay…
"Not alot of weight left to shift I've been able to do things I haven't done for years my whole outlook has changed my mental state has changed my lifestyle is good and its only going to get better"
"Chipping away the 1% makes the 100%, I've managed to reverse my diabetes without setting out to do so 👌 my relationship with food has changed massively and my thought process and mental state has gotten stronger also I can walk for miles now aswell"
He did not just take action on becoming a healthier version of himself. He built a healthier version that will be passed down through his generations.
We still have weight to shift and the next photos are going to blow your mind even more.
If you want to know how our coaching can help you, message us the word INFO. 👊

21lbs shifted for Andy!
Andy has absolutely crushed it on the programme so far. Even with a few health scares along the way he has taken his health and fitness to that next level.
When Andy joined he was dealing with high blood pressure and his hip giving him serious trouble. At 58 he knew he had to change something, because otherwise it was only going to go one way.
Since day one he has locked in and started looking after his health in every area. Back to consistent weight training and even running for the first time in years with zero hip trouble.
No guesswork. Just action.
We kept him accountable and made sure he knew exactly what to do, day in day out. And this is only the start of Andy's journey.
The aim now is to finish the fat loss phase over the coming months, then double down on building the fittest and strongest version of Andy to date. The version you will see at our photoshoot in July.
If you want to be part of our Summer Shred this year, DM the word INFO and we will send you everything you need. 👊

It’s been one hell of a tough week for me…
So as a lot of you know we have sold our home
And we are moving out the end of this month
Only now it is beginning to feel real
Packing up all my 26 years of belongings hasn’t been easy
And to be honest, what I’m finding more difficult is that it feels like I’m saying goodbye to the memories of my dad
All the moments we had together
From him gardening and watching me play cricket
Jumping on him whilst he was lying down next to the fireplace
To me sitting next to him as he passed away
I don’t want to lose the memory of him
And that’s what scares me the most
This is the only place I’ve ever called home
But chapters are meant to be finished
And a new chapter in my life is starting
Change is never easy…
And being stuck in the chapter will only hold me back
So this is a goodbye to my home
And 1st of June, the first page of my new chapter will be written
It’s going to be the best one yet

14 weeks out from Shane’s 2nd Photoshoot 📸
Since joining back last year…
I’ve seen Shane not just massively change physically
But more importantly mentally
Now he will be the first to tell you he would like to be leaner at this stage
But with a lot of ups and downs in life, he still made sure of one thing
That he didn’t give up
He’s currently sitting at 15st 11lbs
Which is only 3lbs up since the last shoot
But during this time, the work has been put in with the gym
His lifts have skyrocketed 🚀
And you can see that in the pictures above
With his bodyfat % the lowest it’s ever been
Shane has become a completely new man since we started working with each other
And I’m proud of him and how he’s turned up
He’s started to live the life of the high-performing man he wanted
Now 14 weeks out, our job is to get him into the 14’s come the 18th of August
Time to get after it !!!

Here’s the reason you’re not seeing results from the gym 🫠
It’s because you aren’t attacking sessions with…
INTENT
In order to see progression in the gym to become fitter and stronger
There has to be progression
So whether that be heavier weights to help build muscle
Or running a further distance on the treadmill to help improve cardio health
We need to be attacking training
Rather than being passive
Being passive looks like going into the gym every session and lifting the same weight consistently, leaving long rests and not actually pushing yourself
Leaving the session as if you’ve hardly worked but instead just seeing it as another box ticked
How we need to approach each session is like this… (broken down in 3 easy steps for you)
1. When you finish the first set of your exercise, ask yourself, can I push harder than that? If so, increase the weight or do more reps
2. Before every session, know what exercises you are going to up the weight/reps on… you should be tracking the weights you lifted therefore you know what to push on with
3. No lazing about on your phone, use it to track weights but for nothing else, without realising you’ve spent ages resting, stopping you from performing at your best… attack the session with intent… at the end of the session, ask yourself
Did I work hard that session?
If so then that’s job done
Let’s really get dialled in and focused on progressing otherwise you will keep repeating the same year over again
If you found this helpful make sure to drop it a like

You need to catch your own bullsh*t!
Are you saying i’ll make up for it tomorrow because you skipped the gym?
Are you saying I’ll just not eat tomorrow because you overate today?
Knowing that you are just bu****itting yourself and nothing is going to change
We need to stop this because all it is doing is lowering your self-esteem and making your word to yourself mean nothing
Catching your bu****it will get you the results you’ve been wanting for years
So next time you catch yourself having that conversation in your mind
I want you to think about this
What are the consequences of this action I’m about to do?
Will it take me closer or further away from my goals?
If it’s further away, tell ye mind to do one and you be that man who’s in charge of his life and in charge of his own results!
Full steam ahead fellas!

2st Down For Rhys! 🏉
This lad in such a short amount of time has really taken his life to the next level
When Rhys joined the programme, he wanted not just to lose weight to increase confidence but to also become an absolute animal with his fitness
Especially because he plays rugby every week
So that’s what we got to work on
Running
Lifting
And Shifting weight
And we are currently 4, nearly 5 months in
🔥 With Rhys running 12k in 1:27 & 5k in 29:49
🔥 Hitting 100kg+ Squats and 30Kg DB Press
🔥 Down 28lbs
And all of this was achieved with Rhys going on about 5 million holidays 🤣
Not to forget all the wales rugby matches he went to also
This show’s just how much work this brother has put in though
And credit to him, he is an absolute pleasure to coach
However, we still have a ways to go…
So stay tuned to see what Rhys achieves come the photoshoot in August 💪🏽

I thought I’d let you in on some secrets about me 👀
I’ve had a bunch of new followers over this past month
And I thought, there’s no better way of introducing myself than 20 facts about me /lessons I’ve learned over the years
Make sure to drop this a like if you found out something new about me too!
1. My full name is Jaleel Ahmed Siddiqui
2. I’m half Welsh 🏴 & half Pakistani 🇵🇰 but was born in Liverpool 📍
3. I have been a coach for 6, nearly 7 years
4. I myself have lost 110lbs !!!
5. Before becoming a coach I worked for Amazon, delivering parcels behind bins (not leaving notes) and then in the warehouse
6. I absolutely love my job and have a real passion for passing on my knowledge to help big guys get in the shape of their lives and reach their full potential 🚀
7. I’ve travelled to a hell of a lot of places, with one of my faves being Oman
8. I spent a month alone in Marbella and 2 in Riga last year as I wanted to really get out of my comfort zone
9. I realised that being comfortable causes you to forget about what’s important and that is making sure you make yourself a priority
10. I’ve been on a billboard on one of the busiest roads in Liverpool
11. I’m 1-0 in my white-collar boxing career, this means I’m better than AJ 🥊
12. I have a love for reading self-development books
13. I have overcome an addiction to gambling (spent 15k in a month)
14. I realised that to be successful I have to be willing to put in the hard yards without instant gratification
15. I used to have asthma, migraines and high blood pressure until I started getting fit
16. Last year I done a photoshoot with my clients which was insane seeing them leave their comfort zones and take pride in their results, no longer being big guys but ripped guys
17. I ran a half marathon this year, a goal I’ve always wanted to achieve
18. I’ve helped clients from all over the world, even as far as Hong Kong and California
19. When in Canada I got to see a bear in the wild
20. I’ve always been someone who asks for help, even at my biggest, hiring a PT was an easy decision, and since then I’ve invested over 50k on my own health and on my business

If I had to start again, this is what I would have done!
When the ball dropped and I realised a change had to be made, I wasn’t fully clear on what had to be done or how to get to where I needed to be
I wasted a hell of a lot of money and time, which just made my transformation take a hell of a lot longer than it actually had to
I know that I didn’t want to live in regret
Live knowing that I didn’t reach my full potential
So if you’re reading this thinking, I need to change… I need to be able to perform at my best…
Here are the perfect steps you need to take to get to where you need to be
1) I would set a deadline
2) I would follow a tailored plan that suited my lifestyle
3) I would hire a coach straight away
Most people waste years going around in circles trying to “go it alone” and get nowhere.
Hire a coach for at least 90 days and watch your physique and mindset completely change.
4) I would follow a diet that lets me eat my favourite foods
Cutting out food groups will leave you hungry, bored and craving! You need to follow a diet that includes your favourite foods! (just like my clients do)
5) I would get as much support from my coach as possible
Hiring a coach is one thing, getting support is another. You need to lean into your coach, work with them 1-1 online, let them hold you accountable and support you.
You can’t just follow a program and expect results, you need 1-1 support!
It’s not just about feeling good for a few months, but about you performing at your best all year round!
Learn from my experience and get started towards the body, mind & balance you have always dreamed of having
