Aintree Circuit Training

Hi all seasons greeting just to let you know Aintree Circuit training club will re open Tuesday 3rd january 2023 see you all next year

unfortunately I will have to cancel the Thursday night classes, We will still have the tuesday class it would be great if you can support this class. If I can build up the numbers and there appears to be a demand for a Thursday class then I may reinstate it after the summer. I know some of you will be disappointed but at the moment its just not viable and running at a loss, I have been covering this loss just to keep the class going but unfortunately I cannot continue doing this. Thanks for your support Bill (Head coach)

What a fantastic first session after COVID its been 18 months but a big thank you to all my circuit training friends who attended last night can't wait untill next session Thursday.

Countdown to our first session for 18 months Both Ethne and I have been to the school ensuring everything is covid safe and all mats cleaned. Dont forget Tuesday 14th September at 6pm, please attend a little bit earlier as I need you all to fill in a form. Can I also ask that everyone brings a towel with them which they will use when working on the mats. Same place Davenhill same time 6pm same price £3.00 see you all there yehaaaa

I have recently had a meeting at Davenhill School, I have been advised providing everything goes ok we will probably be ok to open in September, so here's hoping It will be great to see you all again

Sorry for the delay in responding, I have spoken to the school but unfortunately we won't be open before Christmas this is due to government advice to schools

I hope you are keeping safe and well, there are lots of online fitness classes from basic to advanced, why not give it a go or just go for a good walk. I have done my interval training this morning great to get the heart rate up, hope to see you all soon
