I specialise in training adults and children, regain their Confidence through Boxing style training, Strength training, and Martial arts I specialise in training women and Children, through my Boxercise, Weight Training and Ju Jitsu Classes. The REAL reason you struggle with Body imageâŠ..
If youâre struggling with body image right now
Chances are, youâve probably tried âcalorie deficitâ at some point
In the hope itâll help
And if youâre like most women, youâve probably been left feeling defeated, deflated and disappointed
Thatâs because, a calorie deficit or âcounting caloriesâ, simply isnât up to it when it comes to helping you with your body image and how you feel
BUT not for the reasons you might think
See, most people will think that having a calorie deficit, wont work for them, as theyâve tried it
But thatâs not the case at all

Just relying on your own approach with calorie deficit
So, whatâs the solution
Well, Iâm the solution ha
Iâve trained and coached thousands of women

Having no plan with calorie deficit
Fasting sporadically
Following numerous people on social media
Taking your weight every day etc
All wont work
But having some plan
With your diet and calories
As well as having a goal
A reason for it
Working on your beliefs etc

đ„10 Year anniversaryđ„
Awww 10 year anniversary of my Facebook group âStrictly Boxing Fitness studioâ - wow â€ïžđ
Thank you all to all members who have trained at the studio, whether you still are, or at some pointđ
During this time, me/ the business, have certainly grown, from hiring various rooms and halls, sessions in the park, to opening the studio, to getting 100 members, and most importantly, changing peopleâs lives đ
Itâs been a tough road, but certainly a fulfilling one đ

đ„10 week - private weight training programđ„
Due to being asked on a regular basis
over the past few months,
âPaul will you ever be running weight training programs againâ
I have decided to do a âone offâ program
Which will start on Monday 10th February
6.15am
( yep, early morning sessions)
and will take place at the âTraining station 2â gym,
Wavertree
( as they have the best weight training facilities )
This program is completely separate to any other challenge and program Iâm currently doing,
and Is just a one of course.
How it works
Sessions will take place on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday morning, 6.15am
and will last 1 hourđ
We will work on each body part over the 10 week period,
Monday - Back and Triceps
Tuesday - Legs/ Glutes/ Calves
Thursday - Chest/ Shoulders/ Biceps
Before we start the program, we will have an âinductionâ at some point, beforehand, to get you familiar with everything, gym, machines, equipment, toilets etc
Goal of the program
The course/ challenge, will help you feel more confident, in a gym environment, while also teaching you the exercises and movements, that will help you get an amazing transformation, while also helping you feel stronger and better in your clothing
Deadline and Cost
The deadline to sign up is Friday, 31st January, and there are only 6 spots available. The cost of the course is ÂŁ350 and we start on Monday 10th February
Although Iâm quite an amazing Martial arts and Boxing trainer, and also an amazing coach đ
Weight training is my forte, so this is something Iâm really looking forward to doing again đ

Santa đ§âđ dropped off some cool bits over the holiday, most noticeably a ninja Toaster/ grill, and dual air fryer, for students/ members/ clients, staff members to use đ
So no need for anyone to run off now to San Carlo after class for their tea đ

Cold Turkey đŠ
Well, I must admit,
with the amount of chocolate Iâve eaten
this past week,
box of dairy milk pieces
toblerone pieces
Ferrero rocher
Box of Lindor
then some beers
Trifle
cheesecake
( the list could go on )
and with a trip to New York coming up with Rachael
Iâm going to have to go âcold Turkeyâ
to lose the blubber Iâve put on
over the past week or so
and try and do without the sugary treats
for the next 4 weeks
in order to get in shape, for such an amazing trip
which leads me on to sayâŠ.

As you know,
It was Black Friday last Friday.
Did you buy anything?
I never really take any notice to the event of the day.
Iâll only buy things when I need them
and I certainly wouldnât be queuing outside a shop from the early hours, to get a bargain
Yet.....
Thousands of people across the country do it....
So it was no surprise,
When I seen 100s of people, queuing outside Jd sports
In the city centre, trying a get a bargain...
On the latest adidas âNike dunk lowâ retro trainers
That were ÂŁ115
Crazy eh!
Buy hereâs the thing.....
We all want to feel good....
We want to feel more confident....
and if something can give us those things instantly...
Then weâll buy it...
No matter what financial position weâre in.
We want that instant fix.
The sad thing tho....
Is that quick fix will only last so long
Hence, why itâs called a âquick fixâ
Itâs sad really, or concerning
That people would rather do this, rather than investing the money....
In themselves,
Like health and a fitness or
Mindset
That would then make them feel better for the long haul, which will then lead to other things
Anyhoo....
