Last night we crossed the 50 fight mark for our adults team since opening in 2023, just under 3 years 💪

This isn’t a brag post. We’re not competing with anyone else. We haven’t been around as long as most, we’re doing our own thing.

What we’ve built, and the results we’re getting, I’m genuinely proud of.
No easy fights, Multiple title fights and defences, Undefeated fighters and champions taken out. Way more experienced opponents beaten.
First fighter signed to the UFC.
Fighters who started with losing records now back in the positive.

We didn’t do it alone, other coaches, teammates, and everyone who’s put energy into this deserves credit. It’s been a full team effort, the way it should be in this sport.

The foundations are set. 2026 is going to be something special big plans, big changes, big upgrades.

🔥 You can’t coach chaos if you’ve never lived it.

Anyone can “know about” the game.
They can watch instructionals, memorise techniques, and copy others.
That’s the recipe. That’s the ingredients.

But “knowledge of” is different.
It’s forged through thousands of hours in the fire, failing, adjusting, solving problems under real resistance.
It’s built by feeling the chaos, recognising patterns, and adapting in real time.

That’s why mat time matters. That’s why competing changes everything.
It’s why you can’t shortcut coaching by skipping the struggle.

Knowledge about explains the game. Knowledge of builds skill inside it.

secured a title shot getting the win & going 4-0 on the show.

She went up in weight and experience against a very talented girl, and managed to get the decision win. First time Katelyn has been took the distance, so massive props to her opponent, we are very grateful for the experience gained 💯🙏

got the submission win in his match, growing in confidence every time he steps on the mat. I still find it hard to believe he competes on big stages like that, yet struggles to be in a noisy room 😂

It’s been a while since I’ve done proper MMA sparring, Friday night I thought I’d even the numbers up, and jump in the deep end doing 6 x 5s MMA with the fight team.

The card had some unbelievable matches, too many to mention, All the kids were amazing on both teams, can see how much all the teams back eachother from cheering teammates on and the entourage of friends walking there team mates out to compete 💙💯

has provided juniors with an amazing platform to gain experience, very grateful for the opportunity to get all our kids matched! And buzzing to coach alongside Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Coach who does amazing things for the Scottish grappling scene 🙏💙

We had 22 Kids on the card and managed to come away with 20 wins and 2 learning experiences, which is insane considering the calibre of opponent many were up against!

Looking forward to Manchester in September 📈💯
