It's back!

The annual pyjama collection is back.
We are collecting new pyjamas, for infant & junior school aged kids, so 4 - 11year olds.

Pyjamas can be dropped off at
- Kim's Hairdressing - 38 Hillcrest Road , where there will be a collection bin in the porch again.
- Caz's Kitchen - 47 St. John's Road, where the lovely staff will take care of your donation.

This year we are also accepting blankets, new or home made!

Collection finishes 11th of December.
Last year we made a difference to 150 children's Christmas - let's do that again!

I am so excited to announce my first ceremony of the year β¨ It is being held at the beautiful, yoga and pole space at .liverpool .liverpool on 5th February 2022 from 5pm-7pm. It is right next to Waterloo Train Station and there is parking around the area.
This ceremony will include connection with the Spirits of Sacred Cacao and Rose to activate your Heart Chakra, Shamanic Drum Healing, and beautiful Shamanic Water Ceremony to release unhelpful beliefs that prevent us from truly loving ourselves.
All you need to bring is a blanket, pillow and a journal π€

Fridays were made for yin ππ»
Compared to other forms of yoga and physical activity yin yoga stretches and stimulates whatβs deeper beneath the surface: the connective tissues in the body. Yin is a slower-paced practice, with an emphasis on spending a long time in postures and cultivating stillness.
Yin yoga draws on the concepts that yin and yang energies form a whole and that the interaction and coexistence of the opposites are essential to creating a mind and body in balance. It is a highly beneficial practice of long-held poses that intentionally target the deep connective tissues in the body that other dynamic forms of yoga and exercise do not reach.

Weβre back!! Weβve had a lovely time away in Wales with our hounds and family but we are back!
We have had to adapt our timetable and for the foreseeable future we will be running sessions on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
All our sessions are bookable via TeamUp and you can find the link on our profile or just message us directly.
