No egos, no experience needed — just come in, train hard and get fitter.

A mix of boxing, conditioning, fitness and plenty of hard work. Whether you're completely new to boxing or already know your way around a pair of gloves, everyone is welcome.
Classes:

📅 Monday, Wednesday & Friday — 6am
📅 Tuesday & Thursday — 7pm
📅 Saturday — 7.30am

Vinny is working hard and developing nicely. Never misses any of the 3 amateur sessions through the week..
Hopefully, once he turns 10, we’ll see him step into the ring for his first Skills bout in December.
