Worked from home today, taught 2 classes, 1 class incorporated pad work, there not any clear cut guidelines within pad work for PT and martial art instructors, so i followed guidelines from the British Boxing Board of control, hairdressers and barbers, plus i have researched into what other countries are doing, i only need to wear for around 10 minutes during KICKBOXING pad work, those in other occupations need to wear for hours a day. Am happy to share any advice and feedback regarding these personal protection equipment to other PT who use pads and other martial art instructors just inbox me.

During one 2 one training for Yoga, Pilates, Social Distance Martial Arts I dont need to wear these. But if a client feels safer me wearing i would have no hestitation in making another feel safer in my presence.
