You can buy a body, but you canโt fake strength ๐ช
When I first started, I wanted to lose body fat.
I thought cardio would do the job.
I thought shrinking myself would fix how I felt.
But hereโs what I learned:
To actually change your bodyโฆ
To feel better in your skinโฆ
To move through life with more energy, more confidence, more easeโฆ
You need muscle.
You need strength.
You need to LIFT.
Not because it makes you bulky.
Because it makes you capable.
๐ Carrying shopping? Easier.
๐ง Handling stress? Clearer.
๐ Running a business or a busy household? Stronger.
Strength doesnโt just change how you look, it changes how you live.
And once you feel it, you wonโt settle for less because you'll understand and wonder what took you so long ๐ฅ

The week of letting go ๐
August is a fresh new month.

Finding my peace in losing myself in my sessions ๐ช
Realising the older I'm getting, the more chocolate is shrinking ๐
Spending lots of time with my 2 boys makes for a very happy household ๐พ๐พ

Getting outside in the fresh air every day and less time on my phone ๐ฟ
More eating out ๐ฝ
And lastly, some things are happening on the new .gym

Just call me the Yo-Yo Diet Queen ๐ซก
Or at least until my priorities changes and my whole mindset shifted, almost instantly.
Because my goal was so be smaller- "Oh I used to be this weight/ I used to wear this size"
-The reality is... I was skinny fat, no muscle or toned, just skinny.
When my business began, I realised I wanted to help women feel good and overcome all and any obstacles.
Not to shrink themselves.
Fast forward to now, I'd rather have more body fat, be strong af and be happy, healthy and comfortable.
We can all look back on old photos and say "but" but what good will that do? It won't change anything and we are completely different people from those.
It's time to focus on the present.
Do you want to be healthier or skinnier?
Do you want to have energy or look smaller?
Do you want to look stronger and toned or a bag of bones?
Because now I'm older, what matters most is my health, my ability and to live each day without ailments or restrictions โฅ๏ธ

When you look past the physical goals and understand just how deeply the changes run, that's when your life changes ๐ฅ
Less body fat means healthier organs โฅ๏ธ
More muscle means healthier joints๐ฆต
Food mindfulness means nutritious fuel ๐ฒ
Moving more means more energy โก๏ธ
The list goes on and your priorities change.
This isn't something that's bought.
Your mind must grow with your progression too or you end up back in old habits ๐ฅ
So here's to the women who are taking a chance on themselves, committing to their goals and wanting a healthier and happier life in the long run ๐

I don't set out to change your entire physical shape in 6 weeks, making you lose ridiculous body fat, build your glutes and get strong AF ๐ฅ

I will show you the routine, habits and bullet proof targets you need to get you there.

What I DO set out to achieve, is a lot deeper than how you look physically.
I want to show you your true potential.
I want you to understand your own worth.
I want you to realise that over half the things you think you can't do, you can do with ease.
What women need in their corner isn't just accountability.
But for someone to lean on to keep their head straight, to get them past the sticky parts that they usually give up on and to keep them going knowing the benefits of having that constant in their life โค๏ธ
This is one of the reasons I've been so quiet on my socials.
I've been soaking up all of my life.
My business. My clients. My friends. My family.
Because everything I do in my every day life keeps me fulfilled and I had to enjoy the moment and realise the impact that I have the power to make ๐ฅบ

I'd have never left the house without a face full of make up ๐ซ
Imagine people like actually seeing what you look like as a regular human... ๐คฏ
The more I fell in love with the gym, the more I realised I had more to offer than making sure I looked presentable 24/7.
Now, looking back, I realise most of it was hidden under insecurities.
- I refuse to use any sort of filters on my pictures/selfies and also get offended when people put a filter on our photos together ๐คฃ
- I accept myself more for who I am and don't panic if I'm not looking or feeling my best
- I've learnt most of this from being in the gym and bettering myself to focus on the things that actually matter
- The gym is so much more than physical changes. It brings you the confidence and determination to focus on the things that really matter โจ๏ธ
If Monday is the day you've been waiting for, let today be the last Monday you start.
You're only delaying feeling amazing and taking a chance on yourself โค๏ธ

The Bounce-Back Blueprint launch week where the ladies absolutely FLEW through their first week of targets and training ๐ฅ
These ladies came through my door ready and willing to get those results. No sitting on ghe fence, they knew what they wanted and understood they could achieve that with my Method ๐ซก
I spent time away from content and time in my business so everyone in my Empire thrives to the highest they can โจ๏ธ
The ladies came together for Bootcamp and it made me realise how beautiful a community we've built and how safe and confident these ladies feel since coming through the doors of .gym
I spent lots of time with my crazy boys -even when they drive me insaneeee ๐คฃ Also spending lots of time in the petrol station ๐
Then of course to our local Maturo because I had to book a table for the weekend anyways so why not grab some food whilst we're there ๐๐คค
Now it's time for a fresh new week, stick to my diary and planning not going off on a tangent with my moving everything in my sight ๐ซ
This has to be some sort of diagnosis for loving and wanting change always!
I can't wait to share with you the wins from my ladies, new to the programme and current.
All of my ladies are not playing small. They are taking it ALL with both hands ๐ฅ๐ฅ
