108 Sun Salutations for the Summer Solstice
Join me as we welcome the light, honour the longest day of the year, and move with intention through 108 sun salutations, a powerful moving meditation to reset, release, and recharge.

We’ll move through the 108 in gentle sections, allowing space to pause, breathe, and listen to your body. There’s no pressure to complete all 108, feel free to join for as long as feels right for you.
Why 108?
The number 108 holds deep spiritual significance in many traditions, symbolising wholeness, completion, and cosmic connection. Practising 108 sun salutations at the solstice is a beautiful way to honour the shift in seasons, set new intentions, and harness the powerful energy of the sun at its peak.
Come as you are, rise with the sun, and move in rhythm with nature.

Hi, I’m Michelle 👋🏼
Founder of Peppermint Hot Yoga & Wellbeing
Big-hearted, highly sensitive, justice keeper, string moral compass owner, natural health nerd, and forever student of life. (I just can’t stop reading, help!)
I’ve been through the whole “look amazing but feel like crap” phase — ticking every fitness box but totally disconnected from myself. I learned the hard way that real wellbeing isn’t just how your body looks… it’s how you feel — mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
I’ve always loved movement and natural health. I used to teach fitness classes alongside my ‘serious’ job. But after a painful life chapter and a soul-sucking 9–5, I knew something had to change. I opened Peppermint with nothing to lose and a big hope of creating something holistic — something real.
Truthfully, I never imagined being front and centre. I was more than happy cheering from the sidelines. But then I gained confidence and decided to do my YTT. Since then, I gave yoga a proper go, and well… fell a bit in love with it.
Fast forward and I’ve been teaching for 2.5 years. My style? Fun, freeing, energising, and full of little nuggets of anatomy and philosophy (because the teacher in me will never leave 😅). I create a space where you’re allowed to mess up, laugh, start again — because that’s what I’ve needed in the past, someone to say, it’s fine, you’re okay, get up and try again!
I’m not here to be an influencer. I hate having my picture taken.
But this is me — showing up, imperfectly but fully.

Meet Becks 💚 .hylton
Becks has been an integral part of the Mint family since the very beginning – an OG who’s helped shape the welcoming, inclusive vibe we’re so proud of.
She began teaching yoga in 2021 after many years of dedicated personal practice. What Becks loves most is the way yoga helps you drop out of your busy mind and land fully in your body. Her classes are a beautiful blend of softness and strength, with a focus on intuitive movement and doing what feels good for you.

Meet Hannah 💚
I completed my Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow training last year and have been teaching ever since, building on years of personal practice. I’ve also trained in hands-on adjustments to offer a more supportive and personalised experience.
My classes are a mix of strength and grounding to leave you feeling strong whilst being calm, and at home in your body.
I believe the magic of yoga isn’t in perfect poses it’s in showing up, moving with intention, and giving yourself the space to breathe. That’s the energy I like to bring into every class.

Amy is the yin to my yang! She’s my right-hand woman, my Winter Solstice soul-sister, and the one I turn to when I need calm and clarity!
A dedicated Ashtanga/Vinyasa teacher since 2021, she brings a strong, thoughtful energy to her classes – combining movement, breath, and flow in a way that really lands. Expect strength, space, and a deeper connection – with a sound healing to close that helps you to soften and seal your practice.

Meet the lovely Anna 💚
I’ve trained in Liverpool and Rishikesh, India, studying a range of styles, and I bring that experience into my teaching. My classes are strong, flowing, and purposeful, with a focus on breath, presence, and moving in a way that feels good in your body.
While I love offering a challenge, my classes are always beginner-friendly, with space to go at your own pace and grow in your own time.
I’m passionate about holding space where you can feel safe, supported, and more connected to yourself. I’m currently doing a meditation training, always learning and growing so I can better support you - on and off the mat.
