This Soundbath with Libby is a gentle, immersive experience using singing bowls and other healing sounds to help you relax, release tension, and reset. It’s suitable for everyone; whether this is your first time or you’ve attended before. This is such a lovely way to start a Sunday morning.

If you’ve never experienced a soundbath before, it’s essentially an hour and a half of lying down comfortably while you’re immersed in healing sound. The vibrations of the instruments help the body and mind move into a deeply relaxed state. People often describe it as a feeling of deep release, like the nervous system finally getting a chance to switch off.

The Soundbath runs from 10-11.30am and the studio will be set up so you can settle in and relax, just wear comfortable clothes and bring a pillow/cushion and blanket.

It’s £20 per person and spaces are limited so the room stays calm and restful.
