Mossley Hill Archery Club is situated in a leafy suburb of South Liverpool and is a section of Mossley Hill Athletic Club. The club was formerly known as Liverpool Archery Club and can trace its roots back almost 100 years

Report from the field 07.06.2026: Overcast but remaining dry for the duration, 14 took to the field for our second competition shoot of the year the Mossley Hill Trophy and Silverman.
Seniors archers shot the Short Metric and our new cohort of novices tried their hands at a Short Metric III.
Mossley Hill Trophy winners: Recurve Steve Armstrong, Compound Mark Halliday.
Silverman Trophy (handicapped) winner: Steve Armstrong.
Novice competition winner: Jamie Walsh.
Congratulations to them for their efforts and to everyone who turned out.

The 21st of this month marked the first club competition of 2026, The novelty shoot.
It was a early celebration of St George's day, with knights fending off dragons. (although some knights did take a arrow to the knee)

Our novice winner was Christian Jacobsen
