WOW What an amazing day for our Bugs yesterday at the Southport 10k & Half Marathon We had a Bugs invasion in Southport & celebrated in true BUGS style 🏃‍♀️🐜🏃‍♂️🐜 How we have missed this 🖤 10k BUGS ✅ Half Marathon BUGS ✅ Tour BUGS ✅ Congratulations & well done guys 👏👏 Special big thank you to our fantastic BUGS support team you guys were AWESOME 👌

Congratulations to our Marathon man Andy Glen who swapped his running trabs for a bike & took to the road with his buddy Simon at the weekend🚴‍♂️🚴‍♂️ Both guys completed the Coast to Coast. Clocking up just under 180 miles from Morecambe to Bridlington over 3 days. AWESOME GUYS well done 👍💪🐜💚
