"You got me in the best shape years ago... and then Covid happened."
That was one of the first things Jay said when she reached out to me again š
We'd worked together before and she knew exactly what was possible when she committed to the process.
Fast forward to last weekā¦
She went to Ibiza feeling confident in her bikini, over a stone lighter, and actually enjoying her girlie holiday instead of worrying about photos or what to wear.
She looks fabulousš„
First goal achieved ā
The main goal is THE WEDDING š
Jay gave herself time, followed the plan, and now she's reaping the rewards.
If you've got a holiday coming up and you're thinking, "I really need to do something about this," then now is the time.
Because the women who feel their best on holiday aren't the ones crash dieting two weeks before they fly.
They're the ones who started when they still had time.
Summer isn't over yet... but you'll need to act fast if you want to feel confident, strong and fabulous when your holiday comes around.
Drop me a message with the word HOLIDAY and let's get started!

If you're still showing up, still trying, and still making your health a priority, you're already doing more than most.
You are the minority.
Most people put their health on the back burner.
Most people keep saying, "I'll wait for the right time" or "I'll start next week."
Most people do nothing, even though they know they should.
The reality is that many people don't take action until they're forced to.
So if you're making the effort to train, eat better, and look after yourself now, give yourself some credit.
Keep going š©µ

True story.
This came from a conversation with a client of mine.
Sheās 50, works bloody hard, and looks incredible.
But sheād been feeling flat⦠because she was comparing herself to women in their early twenties on social media.
That old rabbit hole š³ļø
And it made me think how brutal we are to ourselves sometimes.
Weāre literally comparing lived-in, real bodies to curated highlights.
Airbrushed, posed, perfect lighting, one split second of someone elseās life.
(Not throwing any shade to these girls btw, they look fabulous, christ, my own daughters are in their early twenties too).
But come on, itās a losing game from the start.
And yet so many women do it without even realising.
I said something to her in the moment that was a bit blunt⦠but honest.
And it stopped her in her tracks.
Iāll let the post speak for itself.
ā¤ļø
Whoās guilty of comparing themselves to people they have absolutely no business comparing themselves to?

This is my 2nd leg session of the week and is a little more quad-focused.
After what feels like forever dealing with injuries and niggles, Iām finally feeling strong, pain-free, and able to push myself without constantly worrying about what might flare up next.
Iām just happy to be training lower body properly again!
Six months ago I wasnāt sure when Iād get back to feeling like this, so Iām making the most of every session.
A few extra wins too...
The pendulum squat still isnāt quite back to where it was before, but thereās no pain in my left leg anymore. Thatās something Iāll happily take, and I know the numbers will keep building over time.
The leg press was another positive. Itās a very quad-dominant press that I havenāt really been able to push properly for a long time, so itās nice to see that strength coming back. Itās a killer and very humbling š£
I also added a couple of exercises back into the mix.
BB hip thrusts are back and Iām absolutely loving them. I donāt think Iām quite ready for 140kg yet, but Iāll happily take the 4-ish reps I squeezed out for now š
And the ab roller is back too. The first time I tried it again after a very, very long break, I genuinely thought Iād pulled a muscle because I was sore for days afterwards š¤£
Safe to say Iām a very happy girlie right now... and pain-free too ā¤ļø

You don't have to be unhappy where you're at to want to improve.
Ella wasn't miserable and hating her body.
She wasn't struggling.
She just fancied looking a bit leaner on holiday.
Nowt wrong with that.
She decided she wanted to tidy things up ahead of a busy summer and a holiday in Crete.
Our approach wasn't extreme.
Life defo didn't stop.
She's 23, I think I can just about remember that š... So there was still room for meals out, social events and all the things that make life enjoyable.
She achieved 13lbs loss in 10 weeks and enjoyed her holiday feeling fitter, leaner and more confident in her bikini.
That's all this was really about.
Not every goal has to be life-changing.
Sometimes it's just about feeling a bit better in yourself for what you've got coming up. š
If you're interested in seeing what you can achieve, drop me a message and let's have a chat, I have coaching spaces available now.
