Another night at fcc in the books with a mixed bag of results.

Unfortunately Aaron wasn’t able to get the victory all his hard work deserves, but in any loss there is massive xp gains and will only serve as a way to level up for his next fight. A big thank you to for helping with Aaron’s training and being there in his corner and for his development in his ground game that has skyrocketed since he started training there consistently 🤙

Jamie defended his title and went the distance against a quality competitor in Afeez and has shown in his undefeated mma career an ability to solve a variety of diverse problems. A massive thank you to for all the help sparing, coaching, weigh in refuel and being there for the corner and who has been responsible for Jamie’s striking game making a vast improvement. 🥊
