Megan says .. I'm passionate about health and fitness, as I've had my own personal struggles when it comes to weight loss. After years of trying to lose weight, going to the gym and trying out all sorts of diets, I made the decision to find my own PT.
It was the best decision I ever made and I've never looked back 🙌
I've now achieved my goals and more, I'm continuing to lose weight, tone and build strength 💪

After recently turning 50 herself, Natalie knows the struggles women face around this time. By focusing on relieving her own symptoms and through training and nutrition, she is now in the best shape of her life! 💪

Where would you be if you had started working on your goals this time
last year? 🤔
Too often we are asked how long X goal will take to achieve?? And if the answer is longer than a few weeks, some will think the timeline is too long, they won't take any action and so decide to..... stay exactly the same! 🙃
If they'd have made moves when they first enquired, they would have even achieved their goals by now or at least half way there 🙌
It took Craig in the photo a good few months to reach his goals, but the important thing is he did it and lost 3 stone. He got fitter, healthier and is now more confident in himself 💪
Time goes quickly so stop focusing on 'how long' and do something today that gets you closer to where you want to be. Drop us a message if you want help getting started 😊 📲
